Specialties and Areas of Focus

  • Gestalt

Sometimes things feel incomplete or we want to disrupt our current system. Utilizing the pillars of “Gestalt” is an awareness-based approach into exploring different aspects of our experience.

  • Identity

How we view ourself and our relationship with ourself can be a complex topic. My identity was something I became interested in at an early age when I noticed that I looked different than my peers. This early exploration and ongoing process has helped shape me into the person I am today.

  • Somatic

“Somatic” refers to our embodied experience. In the past, therapy was believed to be an exploration of the brain. Currently, research shows that our body is an active carrier of memories and experiences. I work with individuals who specifically seek it and individuals who have never heard of somatic therapy.

  • Trauma

I approach working with Trauma through the Polyvagal Theory and a Gestalt model. My focus is to support you in what you are wanting as well facilitate and support a healing process.

  • Anxiety

Life can be ambiguous. We can feel pulled in two different directions and it can feel overwhelming. Through working together in therapy, we can explore those areas we feel “stuck” so you can better become the person you want to be.

  • Life Path

Along our journey through this world, sometimes we lack direction or we feel like we are lost. I’m passionate about this help and support and I’m dedicated to getting you back on track and going where you want to go.
